Sue Chen is a seasoned real estate professional who has lived in Canada for over 40 years and dedicated more than 25 years to the real estate industry. She has long served the Greater Vancouver and Lower Mainland regions, possessing an exceptionally deep and practical understanding of market trends, community characteristics, and transaction details in areas such as Vancouver, Richmond, and Burnaby. 陳素雲（Sue Chen）是一位在加拿大生活超過 40 年、從事地產行業 25 年以上的資深地產中介，長期服務於大溫哥華及低陸平原地區，對溫哥華、列治文、本拿比等社區的市場變化、社區特性與交易細節，擁有極為深入且實際的理解。
Sue originally immigrated from Taiwan to Toronto, Canada, and settled in Vancouver in 1998. Having built her life and career in Canada over several decades, she is fluent in both Mandarin and English. Beyond her extensive real estate experience, Sue previously studied accounting and ran a restaurant business, giving her a keen sensitivity to financial analysis, cost structures, and business risk. She has also continuously pursued studies in psychology, enabling her to more accurately understand her clients' needs, concerns, and emotions. Sue 早年自台灣移居加拿大多倫多，1998 年定居溫哥華，在加拿大扎根生活與工作數十年，精通國語和英語。她不僅在地產行業深耕多年，過去也曾修讀會計、經營餐飲生意，對數字分析、成本結構與經營風險有高度敏感度。同時，她多年持續進修心理學，讓她在與客戶溝通時，能更準確地理解需求、顧慮與情緒，建立真正的信任關係。
